The place is very pretty because it has an artistic touch in its decor and menu. However, perhaps it's a personal preference, but the olive sauce is too strong; perhaps it was spoiled, or perhaps it's simply not for me.nnAs an additional note, they could marinate the eggs in soy sauce with the ramen because they served them unmarinated, even though it's a very characteristic of ramen. The broth was spectacular, 10/10; it's clearly pure natural seasoning, but the price is paid by the chicken because the broth is obviously made with chicken, which makes the chicken extremely dry. I would recommend using pieces or bones to make the broth and make the protein served juicier. If not, at least marinate it before serving.nnFinally, I would recommend having a wider variety of ramen because there's only one (chicken). It would be great to add an innovative or classic flavor like the pork ramen.

It is a restaurant with an interesting proposal for being in an emblematic neighborhood of the city.nnThe squid rings have a good breading, properly seasoned with well-made potatoes in shells, they lack a little crunch.nnThe sushi with banana has good flavor and presentation, the portion is fair for the price, nothing spectacular but considering the quantity and price it is a very good dealnnThe soy mar sushi was the best of the night, the purple olive sauce gives it a Peruvian touch that is appreciated, it has a combination of interesting flavors that worksnnToo bad about the service, a lot of people but still the order took longer than promised, not much but then don't commit.nnGood option for a rush. Especially if you are in the neighborhood.
