I recommend going during the day or at sunset to have a spectacular view, at night I don't know what the atmosphere is like because the experience is reduced a little because the Bay would not be visible and I don't know if they compensate with good music or live music because they still I don't go at night! I will return one day at sunset to edit the review and upload the photos of the sunset and wait for night to fall to see how the atmosphere gets. Now let's talk about the food, its quality and prices, it is delicious, the best seafood meal I have ever had in Trujillo and I have already gone to red wine, the one by the courts or pier I don't remember the name, North Beach and the Christopher Columbus those are supposed to be the 5 best restaurants in the area. Well, I continued, I ordered some very delicious and good-sized breaded shrimp, a good portion, the breading looked like tempura because it felt very light, as a complement they ordered 2 per plate, I ordered French fries that looked like or were potato wedges, and steamed vegetables! Everything was delicious, my companion ordered shrimp in butter of a good size and portion, and as companions he ordered rice and beans and tostones, I also tried their food and the shrimp and rice and beans were delicious, the tostones were huge but watery there if they were lacking. The prices... Like all seafood restaurants of that type here in Trujillo, they seemed reasonable to me.nThe service, good service, fast, they suggest promotions, etc., my only criticism at this point is, being such a nice place, because they don't give uniforms to their waiters, that takes away from the presentation of the place, I know that it is a beach and no one You're going to be drowning in a long sleeve but the waiters' clothes can improve. Regarding the bill, I see that this is a common problem in the restaurants of Trujillo, they never detail anything on the bill, they draw up their accounts, and give you a total ♂️ you don't know if they are charging you wrong, etc., they say that The tip is not included in the bill but how do you know? Leave a tip for the good service. The cocktails, they offered me a 2 for 1 mojito promotion because I said I'm from here, and I ordered 1 and they brought me two. People, I have already tried mojitos in like 10 different restaurants or even more and I had never seen a mojito with Sprite or 7up or carbonated water. In the end I didn't know what the base of the drink was, I just watched the gas rise to the surface, which I tried it and I give it a 0/10. It was horrible, it tasted like purging with alcohol and the mint was withered which added a somewhat rancid flavor to the happy mojitos. I tried a pina colada and that one was delicious, it seemed smaller than what I'm used to but ok. The natural drinks were delicious but they are given in one of those trendy glasses that look like little jugs, and those don't hold much liquid so you may have to order another one. I'm left with the positive in the end, the view, the atmosphere, the good food, the good service. I hope my experience here helps you decide whether to go or not, I do fix it!
