The food was very good and everything was very fresh. We ordered a single cut of bonito sachimi and three boards of 10 makis for two people: acevichado (a classic in Peru, a Peruvian-Japanese fusion and truly delicious!), edo (good and different), and seiji (good, medium-sweet).nnService: B-, they aren't that attentive at this place and they didn't bring us our drinks properly. We ordered lemon verbena lemonades with ice on the side, and they never brought us the ice, just a few details they missed to make the experience excellent.nnLocation: average, but because it was cold, we asked for a table inside, and with the doors opening and closing, a lot of cold air came in and hit me on the back. Not very pleasant.nnOne negative point that really surprised me about a restaurant like Edo: the cooks you see working (I find this an interesting concept) didn't wear face masks or face coverings when preparing your food. Not hygienic and in my opinion something they need to implement now!!
