A tremendous omakase experience in Buenos Aires. Recommended by the Michelin Guide. 10 people per seating. A multi-course menu with a variety of fish dishes prepared in different ways. Highly recommended.

We were excited to try this restaurant and, at first, it really impressed us. From the moment we walked in, the ambience was lovely—the bar was beautifully built, the lighting was second to none, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was also a highlight in the beginning: the staff was attentive and helpful right as we stepped through the door.nnThe experience started strong with a beautifully crafted drink and a few creative, well-presented dishes that raised our expectations. As the meal progressed, it became clear that the menu was hyper-focused on raw white fish. While the quality remained good, the flavor profiles and presentations became somewhat repetitive for our personal tastes, with minimal variation in preparation or seasoning.nnThat said, the team treated us with great care throughout, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. If you’re someone who’s deeply into local raw white fish, especially sashimi-style dishes, this could be a perfect fit. It just wasn’t quite aligned with what we personally enjoy.
