Disappointed by the location and the service. The food is excellent, but it feels like you're going to a delivery-only place.nPoor service. I ordered a sauce, and they didn't even bring it with a container. They brought us the appetizer without plates. There was no bar for drinks. They weren't attentive. At one point, the garbage men came and left everything open for minutes, freezing. The bathroom was a mess, the bathroom floor, and the place was dirty. It's a shame because the food is excellent. I had been to the new Belgrano location and everything was spectacular, nothing like this last experience at the Recoleta location.

The service was terrible. The employees left the door open on a 5-degree night, freezing you while you were sitting there. They took out the trash right in front of all the tables that were dining. No one there cared. The manager yelled and was only interested in the Rappi orders, ignoring the tables. I'll never go back.

Delicious, the pieces are large. What they could improve is the timing; it takes a long time to serve. P.S.: I've been to other sushi places and they don't take that long, and the food tastes freshly made.

HORRIBLE PLACE...nWe didn't know whether to choose inside or at the back since it was equally cold. We stayed only because we had already made a reservation, but it was very cold inside since they had the door to the back open and it was freezing cold that way. We ate while it was cold and the food didn't go well. Even the employees seemed to be freezing to death. And to top it all off, the bathroom smells really bad, it looks like a public restroom, disgusting.nEverything is horrible, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
