I don't even know if one star is valid. We arrived at the place and they didn't even greet us. Then we sat and it took around 10min for the waitress to give us the menu. And the menus are a total shame, totally wasted. Terrible presentation. We did not eat there.

I like this Hanashi 142 branch. The times I've been there the sushi has been OK.

Of the spots they have, the best is undoubtedly the fifth wall. Unfortunately, the Cedritos one looks and feels completely abandoned, neglected, dark, and sad. I don't know if they've changed the management, the recipes, or the service, but it's nothing like the original taste and atmosphere of Hanashi. It's a shame because at one point they were the best option for sushi.

An unpleasant experience from start to finish.nThe service was terrible from the moment we arrived. It took them ages to serve us, and we had to remind the waiter three times to bring us our appetizer. While we waited, the ceiling was leaking, and we were getting wet, as if it were a normal occurrence.nnAfterward, we had to reorder our drinks, as if ordering two beers and two lemonades was too complicated. When they finally arrived, one beer came in a broken glass; it was completely spilled, and my lemonade wasn't even cherry, as I had ordered.nnThe sushi was another disaster. The tempura tasted like burnt oil; everything had that rancid flavor that was impossible to hide. The salmon sushi had chunks frozen inside; we had to spit them out into napkins out of disgust. My son's dish, a seemingly simple chicken dish, was burnt and extremely tough.nnWhen we decided to complain, the supposed owner reacted furiously, as if we were exaggerating. We explained that it wasn't about not paying, but rather that the food was inedible and that we would be happy to invite her to try it. Her disgusted expression spoke volumes, but she offered no solution.nnIn the end, we had to pay $120,000 pesos for an experience that left nothing but disgust, indignation, and a bad taste in my mouth (literally). I left feeling offended, dissatisfied, and wanting to throw up from the taste of burnt grease that remained. I won't go back even if they pay me.

They are more eager to smear poop on their faces than to provide good service
